Because the solar top just twists off, i didnt have to replace the bottom half of the light and possibly damage my post removing it. So happy i picked these years ago!

I'm a hard wire guy at heart but my wife kept asking me to put post lights on the deck. I didn't want to start running wire then I would have to up the existing power pack for the landscape lighting to accommodate the posts. So I decided to try 2 to see if I liked them. Now I have 6 and ordering even more. Love them great product ! Love the switch to go more softer lighting. To sum it up the name says it all Classy !!! They work great !!

Aluminum 4.5x4.5 base is a game changer. Especially when you mate them up to a Classy Caps solar lamp assembly. 4 small screws to remove and install onto the new base is all it takes!

We have just put our lantern up and love it. It is substantially built, lights for a long time & it’s classy! We had to cut down our beloved Elm tree as she was barely alive anymore, so we left 16’ of her with a little octagonal roof we built for the top with this lantern on top. It helps light the way & give the illusion she is still watching over our home & those who pass through our gate.

I like these solar post lights because they are a low profile, made of metal, and not plastic. They also offer a post base for a 4.5x4.5 for an additional charge. Two light options, warm or cool. As far as I'm concerned, it's money well spent. p/s they look fantastic on my deck rails!

Classy Caps solar lights have a glass sun-absorbing plate instead of plastic; therefore, it does not fade. Love them. They also carry a nice variety and size.

Our first order did not include the adapters to fit on the 3x3 posts. After talking with customer service, they were shipped the same day and I received the next day. I ordered 11 more and they are a great addition to our new deck. I highly recommend this company as the customer service is top notch.

I had purchased 9 of these lights 2 years ago, I have one that will not light properly, I have changed the battery and it will only work after a heavy rain fall.
I just purchased 2 more lights as a replacement.
