I also verified and the battery manufacturiong dates on the 3 units and they are 2021-04 or 2021-05. More than 4 years old.
Could it be possible to have brand new 10x NiMH batteries and 3x units to replace the malfunctionning one?
I ordered 14 lights and only 6 work. I sent an email to the company and they asked that I continue letting them charge outside for a week but there is not change. Those 6 are still not working. Would like a refund or replacements.
