These are really nice and look great installed. But the tolerance for being over 5" is a zero. I had to do some sanding on the 4x4 posts wrapped with 1x Azek, by me, and the inside of the caps before they would slide into place.

Well constructed. Muted light needs to be adjustable or set lower. Mounted on deck railing and too bright at eye level.

Received items quickly, everything was packaged nicely, I had previously bought 2 lights after a year they still work great and no hazing of the solar panels like a lot of other products do. Everything fit and worked correctly

Stunning lights! The solar panels are not noticeable compared to some other products I shopped for. This was a perfect solution for the entrance to our driveway at our cabin. These fit perfect on 4x6 pieces of wood.

These solar post cap lights were exactly what I wanted to go on the two posts to which my dock is attached. I was looking for a light to mark where the dock is located, but I didn’t want something super bright. It’s now summer time and the amount of light is just right. I’ve been up around 5:00 a.m. and the lights are still lit (about 8 hours). When it gets to be winter time, I’ll see if they stay lit any longer, or if they don’t get as much light for charging ( we are in cloudy N.E. Ohio). I highly recommend these lights and couldn’t be any more satisfied.

Bought the Imperial solar post caps and after getting the right ones, took me 3 tries, they fit perfect and have some that have been running for a year now. The painted metal is the only way to go, others shred in the weather.

These lights are great quality and we are really happy with them. We just had our deck rebuilt and went with the Fortress AL13 system with 3 inch posts. The lights fit perfectly with a snug friction fit on the posts.

We absolutely love them. I have a charger for rechargeable batteries and topped off the batteries before I installed the caps. They match our metal railing as if they were factory. We use the cool / white light and are perfect for a subtle effect at night. With the stairs, we installed 14 of them . Neighbors have remarked how good our deck looks at night.
