We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Please make sure to check your package/product(s) as soon as you receive them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Classy Caps is not responsible for looking up receipts or proofs of purchase, as we have limited accessibility. Vendors will often email receipts or proof of purchase that can easily be forwarded.
If you purchased your Classy Caps Products from another distributor please contact them directly to start the process for returning your items. Most major retailers provide a 30 - 90 day return period.

Classy Caps will not cover the cost of shipping, customs, etc. for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please make sure to clearly mark your package as a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are looking to make a warranty claim please visit our warranty page https://classycaps.com/pages/warranty

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like replacement parts (such as solar tops/lids, bases, etc.) It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that they are ordering the right model #, size, colour, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Classy Caps will not cover the cost of shipping, customs, etc. for returns.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Providing us with a tracking number for your return may speed up the time it takes to process your refund.
