These were the only caps I found to fit a 2.5 post and they did it effortlessly. We followed the direction and caulked around each one on the post. We've had a bunch of cloudy days lately but the lamps still come on, don't stay on all night and a rainy day they don't come on in the evening which is what we expected. Super easy to check batteries after they are on the post. I was worried I wouldn't be able to undo the caps to check them but it's a cinch.

Searched extensively for solar caps compatible with 2" posts on newly installed aluminum fence, and glad to find Classy Caps. The quality of the materials, construction and performance are impressive, and IMO well worth the higher price vs some of the cheaper options. Fit perfectly with one of the supplied adapters. Batteries easily accessible and brightness exceeds my expectations. Can't wait to order more once they are restocked. Customer service team was very responsive to my chat questions about compatibility for my application, which helped alleviate my concerns on sizing. Great product & service!
