They still haven't recharged enough to stay lit through the night.

Thank you for your patience. Please allow at least a week for the lights to charge properly under direct sunlight. This will ensure they receive a full charge and can stay lit throughout the night. These post caps are as advertised with one note and one exception.
Note: The caps actual color is the lighter copper color not the dark one displayed in some pictures.
Exception: These are electro plated which means it is a copper metal infused onto plastic. They are not a hard metal top.
I am going to keep them as I cannot find an actual metal alternative and they are nice. I am just worried about wear over seasons at >$40 per light.

They worked for approximately 1/2 a day and then never again. Big waste of money

After installing a security camera since neighbors were stealing my first set, I went with these and couldn’t be happier. With these, you have the option of the lighting color. I definitely prefer the warmer tone. Adds a touch of richness over the colder white look. If they steal these, at least I’ll have them on tape!

The copper caps are beautiful! Unfortunately even after a full day in the Florida sun the fixtures only stay lit about 4 hours. Very disappointed in the length of time caps stay lit. We have many other solar lights that stay lit throughout the night until morning. Would buy more of the caps if lit time longer.
Tried many, looked the U.S. over and found these through a safari search ... fabulous, love the material and aesthetic. Ordered the copper and the metal love them both .. perfect
