Fabricated from durable cast aluminum with powder coated finish, the Colonial Solar Post Cap is designed to fit over a nominal 4" x 4" wood post. (Actual dimension of opening: 3-5/8"x3-5/8"). The attractive Colonial is complimented by using real seeded glass panels. Built to our stringent quality standards it will stay lit for up to 12 hours.

The yellow light does not match the LED white of previous lights.
Hey Darwin, This light now has a switch to choose between warm and cool.

This purchase was to replace 1 of 4 Classy Caps I'd installed in 2021. The other 3 caps are functioning perfectly, without intervention. We get compliments on their appearance as well as the amount of light they provide. We live off the grid and there is no ambient light except the moon and stars.
