The Classy Caps 7.5"x7.5" Base Adapter/Surface Mount is designed to seamlessly convert the 6"x6" opening of the Classy Caps Edison Solar Table Lantern/Post Cap (Mod. #SLE758) to a larger 7.5"x7.5" (8x8 nominal).
Thanks to the innovative surface-mount design, you can effortlessly mount your solar post cap on a variety of surfaces, including concrete pillars. The durable cast aluminum construction ensures stability and longevity, while the easy DIY installation allows you to elevate your outdoor space with ease.

I got the lantern originally to have out back by the pool and be able to put under the Gazebo at night. I liked it so much I put it on a bracket outside the Gazebo and will getting another to have them facing the poolside. Very nice product!
